The flat is 4 minutes walk to Crystal Palace Park with views across London. National sports Centre (and gym) city farm, ponds and excellent leisure centre. The bars, restaurants and shops of the triangle are 6-8 minutes walk, with some shops and restaurants closer, including Tesco (3 mins).
There is a large rear garden which includes pretty seating area and barbecue.
The neighbours are friendly and sociable.
The flat has lovely high ceilings, carpeted bedrooms and wooden flooring in the communal areas. It has shared off-street parking and a shared garden. The whole house has recently been refurbished. All rooms have their own lock and you have the added security of being in a first floor flat.
