Large double bedroom right on Crystal Palace park

Hey there!

I have a large double bedroom available to rent in a first-floor flat right on Crystal Palace park.

The bedroom is fully furnished, including a brand new mattress and a wall of built-in wardrobes - so there’s definitely plenty of storage space! It doesn’t currently have a desk but if you are WFH, there’s plenty of room for one!

The flat has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area (which I’ve been using as a WFH space currently), a bathroom with both a bath and a shower cubicle and there’s also a separate toilet.

There is also a bicycle storage belonging directly to the flat where you can safely store multiple bikes.

The flat is about 15 minutes’ walk (13 if you’re speedy) from Sydenham and Crystal Palace stations, which provide regular and fast services into Central London and beyond via the Overground.

Crystal Palace itself is a beautiful area. The flat is directly opposite the park (it’s literally a 10 second walk away) and the triangle has plenty of pubs, independent boutiques, cafés and restaurants - which is ideal now that we can finally leave the house!

There’s plenty of free on-street parking around that don’t require any permits etc.

Your housemate will be me (Melissa), I am a 27 year old digital designer. It’d be great to find someone to hang out with, whether it be watching TV or having a glass of wine (or both). I like to keep the place clean, so if you consider yourself a neat person, that’d be a bonus!
