Flat share in a lovely Victorian garden house

Hi,
I'm renting out my spare room in a lovely Victorian garden house.
You will be sharing the flat with just me.
I'm a professional female been in london for 20 years.
I'm easy going and fun.
The garden is big, I have 2 sheds and a 6 burner BBQ.
I like to have BBQ parties at the summer sometimes also to go to the lovely local pub for food and few drinks.
I'm working a lot so you won't see me much.
I have sky, wifi, netflix everything we need. Some bills are included.
The room/flat is fully furnished, comes with tv and bedding too if needed.
There is also 2 wardrobes in the room and a chest of drawers.
I prefer a girl put would cocider a boy if we get along.
