I am renting out one double bedroom for £800 per month in a three bedroom house for females preferred. All bills are included. There is a front garden, a terrace, a balcony, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The bedroom has direct access to a huge terrace which is perfect to sunbathe or doing yoga. Ideal move in date is 8th of December. Please contact me to arrange a viewing.

There is also a cat living in the house who is generally very sweet and cute.
