I will be really sad to see this flat go as it's so beaut and has such a good flatmate... but I am moving out of my room to move in with my girlfriend.

The double room is a great size (see floor plan) and comes unfurnished (with the possibility of buying wardrobe/bed) . The flat is really nice, clean, light, airy, spacious and consists of lounge, kitchen, shower room, 2 double bedrooms, a cute little balcony and with ample storage. We also have a bike shed and car parking.

Superb location, within just 4/5 minutes walk of both Crystal Palace triangle and Gipsy Hill Train Station (direct train to London Victoria and London Bridge). Lots of bus routes nearby.

Rent is £850 and bills are between £100-150 (depending on gas and electric) a month.

My current flatmate, Clare, is very easy-going, clean, tidy, respectful and a fun person to have around. She is currently working in mental health, working from home 1 day a week. Looking for a chill, easy going person to live with, that enjoys a glass of wine or film night!

Timescale on moving in date is very flexible.
