A gorgeous room is available in a clean, friendly garden flat, shared with just one person (and cute cats).

You can leave the front door and be in London Bridge 30 minutes later. Ultra fast fibre broadband is included.

Crystal Palace station, Norwood Junction and Anerley are all a short walk, and the 410 bus stop is steps away (Crystal Palace, Norwood Junction, Wallington, Shotfield, Croydon). Ten minutes walk to the Crystal Palace triangle, with its bars, restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarket etc. Five minutes walk to a big park and two small woods.

Comfortable eco-friendly mattress (not a crunchy 'landlord special', LOL). Everything can be included, eg, duvet, pillows, duvet cover, towels, etc.

Sharing a well-equipped kitchen (including washing machine and dishwasher, baking equipment, air fryer, stand mixer, panini press, ice cream maker, etc), bathroom with bath/shower/bidet/toilet and a big living room, with an electric piano, Netflix big TV and comfy sofas.

It's a quiet, friendly, warm and homely place. Everything is kept very clean, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. A true home, with sweet cuddly cats.

I have lots of friends and interests, so am out a lot, but like to chat and binge watch TV series with a flatmate sometimes when home, as well as time alone. We will be two people in total - looking for a friendly, true home vibe..
