Hi there!

I'm currently looking to replace myself as I'm moving into a place of my own, leaving my room open.

There are currently three other tenants, excluding myself, although the one tenant's brother comes to stay overnight every now and then.

There's no living room but the room itself is large enough for a bed and couch with room for a desk and wardrobe. It's a garden-facing, rather than road facing room. I rented the room unfurnished however I'm happy to leave behind a desk, PAX double wardrobe, double bedframe with mattress and headboard for a negotiable price.

The kitchen (washer/dryer, dishwasher, double range with gas) is shared by all tenants but the bathroom (bath and walk in shower) is only shared with one other tenant as the loft room has an en-suite and the ground floor has it's own shower room.

All bills are included, there's a decent sized rear garden, off street parking for two cars (first come first served with the other tenants) and the property is directly across the road from a large Lidl and benefits from the CS and CK bus stops serving the 249, 417, 196, X68 etc. The landlord manages the property himself and is extremely pro-active!
