Stylishly decorated on a quiet, leafy street (free parking) with a garden view, and living flame fire, in a great location. You can leave the front door and be in London Bridge within half an hour, door to door, regular trains to Canada Water/Canary Wharf/Victoria,/Shoreditch/Hoxton/Islington too - we're close to three different stations, and the 410 bus stops almost outside for Croydon. The flat has a huge, beautiful garden and a deck, on a leafy street with two woods and two parks from 5-15 minutes' walk away. Ultra fast fibre broadband is included.

Our quiet street is just ten minutes walk to Crystal Palace triangle, with its supermarket, bars, shops, restaurants etc. There's a lovely community vibe here, with lots going on. Voted 'Best Place to Live in London 2022' by The Times.

Comfortable eco-friendly mattress, mostly new furnishings. Absolutely everything can be included, eg, duvet, pillows, duvet cover, towels, etc.

Sharing a well-equipped kitchen (including washing machine and dishwasher, baking equipment, air fryer, smoothie maker, slow cooker, panini press, etc), bathroom with bath/shower/bidet/toilet and a huge living room, with living flame fire, electric piano, big flatscreen TV, Lazyboy recliner, dining table/chairs and comfy sofas. Leads to a deck then then the large, tree-lined garden.

It's a quiet, friendly, warm and homely place. Everything is kept very clean, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. A true home, where you can keep yourself to yourself as much or as little as you like. Hoping we can become friends (though I have lots in the real world and so am out quite a bit in the evening) - at least a "hi/bye/how are things chat"...as long as there's a relaxed atmosphere for both of us, so we both feel at home.

I have lots of friends and interests, so am out a fair bit, but like to chat and binge watch series when home, as well as having time alone. Looking for someone who will be out at work during office hours, please (I work from home, noisily). Rent reflects that - a room next door without a garden just rented for £950pcm.
