The top three floors are occupied by the landlord and the landlord's family.

The flat is located in a Zone3 and is on a quiet residential street with free off-street parking and is approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the trendy Crystal Palace Triangle, with its independent shops, bars, pubs and restaurants, and 5-10 minutes from Crystal Palace Overground station for frequent trains to London Bridge, London Victoria, Canada Water (for Jubilee Line and Canary Wharf) or Highbury & Islington.
In addition, the Crystal Palace bus terminal, is also nearby (10mins walk) with all day buses to central London (e. g. going through Brixton or Peckham) and the rest of South East London.
Rental price and deposit:
The monthly rent for the flat will be £1200 per calendar month. This includes the water but excludes gas, electric and council tax which will have to be paid by the prospective tenant. A TV license would also have to be obtained if you wish to use a TV and broadband as well for the internet.
A contract of a minimum of 12 month stay will be required.
A deposit of 1 month rent is required to secure the flat (which is refundable if there are no material damage to the property during the tenancy) and will be held in a government secured deposit scheme.
