Beautiful 1 bedroom aparment in Crystal Palace

£1200 per month includes the rent and all associated amenities (elec and gas, tv licence etc).

I plan on travelling for 6 to 12 months and would like to find a trusting and considerate person to live in my apartment.

The property is in a great location - with South Norwood Lake at the end of the road. 10 minute walk and you're either in Crystal Palace Park or the Triangle.

The home has recently been modernised with a new kitchen and bathroom. I have also recently had it decorated so it's ready to be made somebody's home.

Adding on to this, it is fully furnished with a TV and all of the other that goes along with it (sofa, bed, washing machine etc).

For those of you that drive, you'll have your own private parking spot. I also have an annual subscription with the Bike Locker at the top of the road (Sylvan Hill) which I'll share - your cycle will be safe and secure!

The apartment is very bright and backs on to the woods so it's really peaceful... and you get to hear the birds chirping away throughout the day!

Neighbours are really sweet and chilled so you'll feel really secure and safe.
