The private shower room has a toilet, electric shower, sink and ample built-in storage. The kitchenette comes with a fridge, fold up wall mounted table and seating, sink and drainer, kettle, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, ironing board and iron.

The studio flat is perfect for someone looking for a private rental without having to live in a busy house share scenario - you'll be free to use the kitchen in the main house for additional cooking, laundry and access to the garden. There is a breakfast bar in there where you'd be welcome to join for a coffee and a natter! :-)

There's a side gate leading from the front of the house to the back garden for safe and secure bike access and storage should it be required. You will be more than welcome to use the garden all year round - it's especially beautiful in the summer.

Other facilities nearby include the 410 bus route running between Wallington via Croydon and up to the Crystal Palace Parade where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, bars and the popular Everyman cinema.
