Parking: There is free parking available on the street.
About us:
We are two professionals in IT/Education, often working from home. We have two kids: teen/school age and a lovely calm dog. (Poodle mix and qualified therapy dog. She is only in the main home).
We have had flat shares, renters and au pairs in the past and are fairly easy going. We enjoy saying hello and catching up in between hectic schedules- life is pretty boring/busy with the usual homework, school runs, kid activities and chores.
Ideally we'd like a friendly, relaxed, working professional who is happy to be around people but also likes/enjoys their own space. Sometimes we socialise with our lodgers and enjoy a glass of wine, often we're also pretty busy so no hard feelings if we're all ships passing in the night. :)
Close friends/family are welcome to stay over occasionally, but it is set up for a single person and not a couple. Naturally with having kids, it needs to be a safe place so strangers can't stay over. Long term relationships are fine to stay over for visits.
Bills: We are included the following bills in the price above:
-Council Tax
-Wi-Fi/Broadband
-TV Licence
We will need to negotiate gas/electric only because it is changing so quickly. This past year we have split the bill with renter paying a percentage reflective of floor space and usage.
