Both stations are about 10 mins walk from the house. Also... Crystal Palace Park with the dinosaurs and the Triangle with loads of cafes, bars and restaurants.

I have a very cosy large ensuite bedroom with (25 square meters?) north facing overlooking the front of the house with laminated flooring, LED lights, and three windows allowing plenty of natural daylight. The bedroom is fully equipped with a smart TV and large modern wardrobes

House share with the Landlord, she likes yoga, her background is in hospitality, she is no-nonsense and straightforward so someone with a similar disposition would fit in well. Other qualities worth mentioning - tidy, honest and easy-going, respectful with a good sense of humour.
