. . . and the room i have available to rent is to include all bills, and is furnished.

Sole use of main bathroom. (Unless visitors)

Would suit very tidy, conscious of cleanliness person.

I am an Engineer having worked for the same company for 20 plus years, i have a long term partner, Anita, who has her own place, just over the road.

I am looking for a lodger that is likely to be quiet and who likes things to be clean and orderly.

The road i live on has a very friendly village community feel, with street parties and film nights held throughout the year.

I would consider myself very chilled and relaxed and an easy person to live with . . . as i like things clean and tidy and actually enjoy cleaning any prospective lodger would have an easy-ish time in terms of chores and cleaning.

A personal reference/testimonial from my previous lodger can be made available and or she can be contacted via WhatsApp video.
