En-suite double bedroom v close to station!

Hello! I'm letting a double bedroom overlooking my garden. It comes with its own bathroom - bath and separate shower - and is in a huge, airy Crystal Palace flat, a five minute stroll from CP station. The wonderful park is also at the end of my road.

The flat has three bedrooms, all en-suite, but I'm only letting out one bedroom, so you'd be living with me - a freelance writer. I work from home most days so I'm looking for someone who'd ideally be going to an office most days of the week. I'm 41 so probably looking for someone in their 30s or older. Have a small terrier so a bonus if you like dogs!

The new kitchen opens to my enormous garden, it has a big sitting room with a log stove, and I did the whole place up last year so I (personally) think it's very pretty and comfortable! A home rather than just a bog-standard flat share.

Good internet, weekly cleaner, all the Sky channels etc. Bills not included but around £200 a month.

Free parking on the street too if you have a car!
