Spacious two bed flat with garden

Flatmate wanted to share a two-bed, ground-floor maisonette located a five-minute walk away from Crystal Palace Triangle. The flat is a 12-minute walk to Gipsy Hill station and a 20-25 min walk to CP overground.

The room is available now. At present, it has a chest of drawers but I can provide a double bed and wardrobe if needed. The galley kitchen has a separate dining area and opens out to a lovely south-facing garden.

You’ll be sharing with a 42 yo professional and two friendly female cats. The cats do use a litter tray (one of them refuses to do her business outside once the weather gets cold!) and this is non-negotiable I’m afraid.

I work from home three days a week so will be looking for someone who is also a hybrid worker I am fairly easygoing and I’m looking for someone who is sociable but has their own life and interests. Please note this is not a party house and I want to live with someone who is clean and tidy.

My preference would be another female but it will depend on the right person. Bills are not included and are £100-£150 per month.
