Large double with whole flat to yourself!

Are you somebody who would like to live alone and have plenty of space but can't quite afford it? I have the solution for you!

I'm Sarah and I'm looking to rent the master bedroom in my 2-bed flat in Crystal Palace, as I've moved in with my partner. You would have the flat to yourself which includes a bathroom, kitchen and living room. I previously have had lodgers while I lived there and I am renting the room on a lodger contract, hence the discounted price compared to a one or two bed flat. I will come by once a month to pick up post and check on the flat - I would always text first to arrange a mutually convenient time.

Council tax, internet and water are included in the price of the room. You would pay for electricity and gas directly as these are done on a pay-as-you-go metre.

The flat is lovely, very quiet and cosy, with a balcony that faces west so you get a wonderful view of the sunset. It comes equipped with crockery, utensils, furniture etc.

It is in a low-rise purpose-built block just off the Crystal Palace triangle, just a few minutes walk to the supermarket, shops, cafes and cinema. It is less than 10 minutes walk to Gipsy Hill train station and 10 to 15 minutes walk to Crystal Palace train station (depending on how fast you walk!)

There are buses from right outside the flat to Brixton, West Norwood and Clapham.

I've absolutely loved my time in the flat. I think it would suit someone professional or a mature student with a calm lifestyle who is looking for a quiet haven.
