I'm looking for a lodger for a bright, large double bedroom with additional walk-in closet. The room measures 3.6m x 3.1m, closet is 1.85m x 1.4m.

It's an upper floor, two bedroom maisonette, on the very quiet Sylvan Road Estate in Crystal Palace, with great parking, good access to public transport and surrounded on 2 sides by the local park. There's a decent size bathroom upstairs, kitchen and large living room with a small, sunny balcony downstairs. Lodger will have own fridge.

There's also extra storage available for rent in a secure, external shed.

410 bus stops immediately outside, for quick access to Norwood Junction and Crystal Palace stations, both also walkable, as is the Crystal Palace Triangle and shops.

I keep the flat very clean, I'm quiet, polite, friendly and like my privacy, I'm very respectful of other's space and would like to find someone similar. I'm in my early 50's, work locally in property maintenance and occasionally as a dog sitter. I'm fine with occasional, quiet visitors, or partners staying over from time to time and am open to having well behaved, clean, well looked after pets here.

The room is available from 05/02/26 and the rent, including all bills is £850.

I am the sole tenant and will be acting as landlord on behalf of the owner, who I have an agreement with to have 1 lodger.
