I’m looking for a flatmate to move into my two-bed flat close to the Crystal Palace triangle. Ideally you will be an animal lover as I have a cat.
It’s a ground floor flat with two bedrooms, shared living room, kitchen, shared bathroom and a balcony with a beautiful view.
You’ll have a good-sized, furnished double room with space for a desk if you need it. The flat comes with parking and all bills are included.
You’ll be about 10-minutes walk from the shops and bars of the triangle, and a 20-minute walk or 5 min bus journey from Crystal Palace and Gypsy Hill station. There’s also a bus stop over the road for easy access to south and central London.

I am a 32 year old live in landlord with a very sweet black cat who likes to be outdoors a lot. I work for a charity and mainly work from home but do go into the office once or twice a week.
