Top spot for public transport, perfect for daily commuting. Within 30min to Central London. Walking distance (5 to 12 min) to 4 overground/train stations:
1. Sydenham and Crystal Palace (zone 3);
2. Penge West and Penge East (zone 4).

Going directly to Shoreditch, London Bridge, Victoria, Clapham Junction, Canada Water, Whitechapel (Elizabeth line/Heathrow airport), Highbury and Islington, East Croydon, Gatwick airport and pretty much anywhere in London. Frequent night bus - 176 - going to the West End, Charing Cross, Southbank, Waterloo, Elephant & Castle, Camberwell, Dulwich, etc.

Looking for flatmates that can provide top references. Cat people, quiet, clean, tidy non-smokers/non-vapers, in full time employment, 25 to 50 years old. Level-headed, kind, friendly, independent, responsible, with experience in shared living and conscious of people’s personal spaces, who would look after the place as its own. You would be expected to contribute to the cleaning by doing your share of the rota. Males or females. LGBT+ friendly household.

Passport or visa to work legally in the UK required.

Unfortunately I can't accommodate couples, pets or someone with large pieces of furniture that won't fit the bedroom.

Only people in full time employment or post grad students in full time education/internship considered.
