Really modern flat with oak wooden flooring, super rainforest shower (can’t stand crap showers, got to be top notch). The kitchen is super and has a dishwasher too as well as all the usual stuff.
Location: SE19 3PS. Free parking.
There’s a garage as well in case you need to store stuff (I ride bikes so it’s ideal for that sort of thing).

I’ve sold the flat so would be for a few months until the sale goes through, 3-4 months max.
Sharing with me, I’m 42, self employed, don’t party/drink/smoke, just ride bikes, work out and work.
Looking for someone ASAP really until the sale goes through, I’d imagine mid September, so flexible arrangement really.
