I’m looking for a flatmate to share my beautiful flat just a few minutes walk from Crystal Palace Park.
It is a peaceful building with a communal garden, modern furnishings and a balcony with a stunning view of London. There is a woodland opposite and CP triangle with lots of shops. It is very near the number 3 bus which goes to Brixton tube, and 5-10 mins walk from Gipsy Hill and Crystal Palace train stations.
Suitable for someone sociable but on the quieter side, who enjoys their own space and likes clean and tidy communal spaces. Creatives and LGBTQ+ community preferred!
I am a musician (but I usually play music in my studio rather than in the flat!) and work for a charity part-time. I have a busy social life and am out a fair bit but I am home a few evenings a week and enjoy relaxing, reading and yoga.
