Modern Top Floor Flat in Crystal Palace w/ Garden

Dear Spare Roomers,

I am looking for a lodger who would like to rent a double bedroom in my clean and modern top floor flat in the heart of Crystal Palace.

Located 10 minutes walk from Gypsy Hill Station and 5 minutes walk from The Triangle, the flat is well connected to local amenities with quick routes into Central London.

The bedroom is furnished and the flat has a modern kitchen and living room which you will be free to make use of. Plus a communal garden with a BBQ and table and chairs. There are two bedrooms in the flat, one of which is mine. I'm the only person living in it.

Council tax, energy, water and broadband are all paid for. You should be willing to rent the room for a minimum of 6 months but I would encourage a longer term.

A little bit about me: I live in the flat, as mentioned above, but work full-time in Central London so I do not spend a huge amount of time at home. I'm a sociable person who enjoys a drink after work and exploring good food spots around London. Friends descibe me as clean, tidy and laid back.
