Bedroom comes with large double divan bed and mattress, and build in wardrobe with shelf and clothes rail.
I myself am a 33 year old food stylist with a gorgeous small pomeranian called frankie, who is very well behaved and super friendly!
Bills approximately 400 total for gas/electric, water, internet, council tax (this would be split between us both so approx 200 each)
