My flatmate is moving out on November 2nd and I'm looking for the ideal replacement. Move in date flexible but early November preferred.

Great sized double room in this idyllic flat with balcony overlooking the massive communal garden area and woodland beyond. Views also extend to Richmond / Kingston!
Flat has a lovely warm open-plan vibe, lovely kitchen and bathroom, and the benefits of external storage rooms in the building: garden storage room, bike lock-up, big external cupboard in the hallway exclusively for this flat. There is also a communal exercise room in the basement with basic gym equipment - free to use.

Bedroom comes with large double divan bed and mattress, and built in wardrobe with shelf and clothes rail.

I myself am a 33 year old food stylist with a gorgeous small pomeranian called frankie, who is very well behaved and super friendly!

Bills approximately 400 total for gas/electric, water, internet, council tax (this would be split between us both so approx 200 each)
