Flat share with double room in Crystal Palace

Hello :)

I'm looking to find the ideal replacement for my current flatmate as sadly he will be leaving at the end of August as he's decided the time has come to move in with his girlfriend. He can be flexible with his move out date so if you need to move sooner please let me know and we can work something out.

A bit about the room, it's a great sized double room with built in wardrobe and storage, my flatmate currently has a king size bed in there and there's still plenty of room for additional furniture and storage.

The room currently comes unfurnished but if you need I can provide a super comfy double bed and can help you source other furniture.

The flat is in a super friendly block with incredible neighbours we all look out for each other so if you ever need some spare sugar or tea we got you, equally we all respect each others privacy so no curtain twitching here!

I live in a three bedroom flat with balcony overlooking the massive communal garden and the woods behind our block. Views also extend to Richmond / Kingston!
The flat has a lovely warm open-plan vibe, great sized kitchen and bathroom, and the benefits of internal storage space and external storage rooms in the building: garden storage room, bike lock-up, big external cupboard in the hallway exclusively for this flat. There is also a communal exercise room in the basement with basic gym equipment - free to use. The third bedroom is used as an office/kit storage and there's plenty of space for a desk for anyone who occasionally works from home.

I myself am a 34 year old food stylist currently working a lot in Madrid with a gorgeous small pomeranian called frankie, who is very well behaved, super friendly and will always be happy to see you when you get home. I love to cook (of course) and would love to enjoy the occasional meal together. I also love being outdoors and spend most of my days off and weekends in the country hiking or relaxing in nature. I'm super clean, tidy and respectful of people space and belongings.

Bills currently come to £175 each this includes gas/electric, water, internet, council tax.
