I’m letting my ultra cosy, spacious double bedroom while I spend some time overseas!

My sister and I bought this place earlier this year, and as our first home, have huge love for it. So I’m looking for someone to fill my room who’ll enjoy and take care of it as much as we do.

The Location:
Situated in the sought-after Alto building, home to a series of new apartments built to a premium spec and completed in 2018, we’re lucky enough to have over 900 square feet of peace and tranquillity at our fingertips, including a generous balcony overlooking green space. And being less than half a mile from Crystal Palace triangle, means we’re blessed to have heaps of lovely pubs, cafes and shops on our doorstep.

About you:
Resident/Becca is 29 years old and works in Film. While she enjoys socialising at the weekends, weeknights are often spent chilling watching TV or playing games. She lives between this flat and her girlfriend’s flat during the week, with visits from her girlfriend and their shared cat, Luna, at the weekends.

Ultimately, we’re seeking someone who fits nicely into this way of living.
