Room available in friendly house-share!

Hey! We're three 23-29 year olds looking for someone to fill the fourth room in our house in Crystal Palace from ~26th October (some flexibility with dates).

The price for the room is £525 plus bills (which are usually around £100, depending on the time of year etc.)

The house is split over three floors with the shared living spaces (kitchen, living room and garden) on the ground floor. The bedroom is on the top floor and it has a double bed, a wardrobe and shelving units; you’ll be sharing a large bathroom with only one other person. There’s additional storage - including a space for bikes in the garden and a loft.

We’re on a quiet road about a 10minute walk to the Crystal Palace triangle where there are great pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops (& a big Sainsburys!) There’s a handful of lovely green spaces on our doorstep too with Crystal Palace park only a 15minute walk away, and a smaller park (with tennis courts) just the end of the road.

- Gypsy Hill Station is a 12min walk away (trains run to Victoria in 25mins, London Bridge in 30mins)
- Crystal Palace station is a 20min walk away (overground to Peckham/Dalston etc.)
- Brixton station is a 25min bus journey (Victoria line to Oxford street/Kings X etc.)
- Rockmount Road bus stop at the end of the road.

We all met through spare room but have become friends. We have busy personal lives, but looking for someone who will be up for a chat after work and hanging out as a house. Our house is definitely a home, it’s a lovely chilled place to live.
