My partner and I have recently moved to the South Coast. You will have the place to yourself most of the time, with my partner (F38) and I (M36) using the flat maybe 2-3 nights a week while we work in London offices. We will be moving some of our furniture to our new place, so if you have furniture we can discuss moving that in as well

The Location:

808 square feet two bedroom flat that is new (converted 2019), clean, modern space, including a large private garden. We are a short 15 minute walk (or 5 min bus) to the Crystal Palace triangle on a quiet street backing onto South Norwood Lake Park. Crystal Palace triangle has a great range of pubs, cafes, and small boutique shops - as well as a large Sainsbury’s. Norwood Junction has a large Aldi and provides excellent transport links to London Bridge, Gatwick, and South Coast. 



About you:

My partner and I are moving to the South Coast - but will occasionally use the flat when we are working in London - and might both or individually stay in the back bedroom midweek. You will have the flat to yourself most weekends.

My partner and I like exercising (running, climbing, surfing, snowboarding), travelling, socialising (cafe's, pubs, restaurants), watching TV series/films, and cooking.

The flat is perfectly situated for commuters with a 15 minute walk to:
15 minute walk to Crystal Palace train station: Ideal for Overground. Trains to Victoria every 10-15 minutes and takes 30 mins).

13 minute walk to Norwood Junction. Ideal for Overground. Trains to London Bridge every 10-15 mins and takes 12 minutes.

There is a bus stop outside of the flat that takes you to both stations in less than 5 mins.
