Sunny, Spacious double room in Mid-Century flat

Hello!
I'm Looking for one flatmate in a spacious, two-bedroom flat in Crystal Palace.

The room:
The room is furnished but you would need to provide a bed/mattress as the flatmate departing the room is taking hers with. There’s plenty of floor space, and a lot of storage with two chest of drawers and a large built-in wardrobe. Also doesn’t hurt that there’s a lovely view from the fifth floor window!

The flat:
The flat has a large living room + big windows, lovely period features and furniture from the flat’s original tenants, including a six seater dining table if you’re partial to a dinner party!

The kitchen has the regular amenities including cooker, washer, microwave, fridge etc.

The shared bathroom has been recently refurbished so is in top condition.

Gipsy Hill train station is a five minute walk from the flat and Crystal Palace high-street/overground a 10-15 minute walk. The number 3 bus stops 2 mins down the road and runs 24 hours a day.

You’d be moving in with me, as my current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend.

I’m Annie, I’m 30, I work in international film sales. I’m looking for a laid-back flatmate who’s sociable, enjoys an evening in front of the TV as much as a quiz down the local pub!

We’re on council tax band C, and bills including council tax fluctuate with the seasons but will usually come to around 160.
