Large double in beautifully restored period flat!

Welcome to our lovely home! This spacious double room is available from 15th November. Boasting high ceilings and period features throughout. We have lovingly restored this property, the room is newly decorated and comes furnished, including a brand new double bed and mattress.

We are looking for someone that is outgoing, enjoys good food, music and evenings of great conversation. We both work in creative industries so would be ideal to have someone like minded. We're a fun, easy going couple, often spending our weekends walking Crystal Palace park, having a craft beer at many one of our great locals or rustling up lovely meals together. We enjoy going to gigs and galleries and socialising with friends.

Although we are outgoing, we work hard in the week so do enjoy quiet, relaxing evenings, and as this is our home, we want someone who will respect that and treat our place with the same care we do.

This is not a place to party. The ideal person will be someone who wants to find a place they can call home too.
