Dbl Room with private courtyard and pets welcome!

Hiya!

I have just purchase my first home and have a spare bedroom I would love to find a housemate to fill! I have lived in house shares for the last 12 years, I’m definitely a social person and would love to have a flatmate to live with.

I’m hoping for a long term let but am open to short term in the meantime. I’m also very happy to consider pets. I have a mini cockapoo that stays with me occasionally. She’s a family dog and very friendly.

I am moving into the flat mid December, so I am just posting to see if there’s any interest at all! I have attached some photos from the listing when I bought it, but there will be all new furniture.

The room available is a double room with built in storage and access to a little private courtyard off the room. It will be furnished, along with the rest of the house. There are also large bifold doors opening up the living room to the garden at the back overlooking an allotment. The garden is a suntrap, which will be amazing for summer BBQs.

Im hoping for someone tidy and respectful, someone who’s up to socialise and hang out in the evenings occasionally! I work from home and am happy to have someone who works from home too if that’s your situation.

I love trips to the pub, eating out, festivals, the gym, and hosting people for dinners etc and would love a housemate to join me!
