My name is Ksenia, and I live with my dog, Yoko, on the top floor of a lovely flat in Crystal Palace. Most of the rooms are furnished with my furniture, but the available room will be unfurnished as the previous tenant is taking their belongings.

I’m looking for another lovely human to take over this tenancy agreement, with the possibility of continuing to live together in the flat beyond that if we get along! The tenancy runs until July, after which it will transition to a rolling monthly contract.
