Furnished double in fantastic location

Second floor, newly decorated and furnished room available from May. Recently bought it and have been doing it up. It’s in a wonderful, peaceful area just by Crystal Palace triangle.

I’m a 40 year old woman. I enjoy reading, yoga, theatre, and sitting on the sofa watching something on the tv. I work from home for the NHS. I’m vegetarian and sober, but you don’t need to be.

Looking for someone to share my lovely home with. As I work from home, this needs to be someone who goes out to work mainly, but planning on putting a desk in the room too so there’s space as know we all work from home at least partly these days. That said I’m often out a lot in the evenings, and chunks of time out of London at parents place to help with things. So you’ll get plenty of your own space!

I’ve done a lot of work on the flat but some areas are a work in progress. The bathroom has a bath only (no shower), and the kitchen has hob and air frier (no oven). So please be aware of that when responding. I don’t plan to do any major work in the next couple years so there won’t be any disruption on that front. More photos to follow once the decorating is finished!

Open to Monday to Friday or short or long term full time. Just feeling it out at the moment. Price to be adjusted accordingly.

Also I’m looking at getting a dog in the summer so you’d need to be ok with that!
