I am Adele. I’m a 32 year old marketing professional working in food and beverages ✌🏻

I am looking for someone nice, friendly and tidy to share my flat with in SE19.

I’ve lived in flat shares in London for many years, and have met some amazing people through SpareRoom so hoping to fill my room with someone who is equally as lovely.

The flat is super airy (full of plants) with a big cosy sofa in a separate living room, fully stocked kitchen and all the mod cons - big fridge, washing machine, dish washer etc. I also work for a coffee company so there tends to be good coffee about!

You’re a few streets away from a heap of local bakeries, pubs and independent shops. 10 mins walk to the overground, train and Crystal Palace park.

Your room will be pink(!), with a new bed + mattress and built in storage. Plenty of room for activities and room for a desk if you want to add one. The room is actually much bigger than it looks in photographs as the ceilings are huge!

I have a separate desk area which I use on the days I work from home but will be available the rest of the week.

Open to shorter term rentals and can be relatively flexible about pets, moving dates etc etc.

With bills will be £900 - £950 or slightly more if you’re a couple!
