I am looking for someone nice, friendly and tidy to rent my spare room in SE19.

I’m a 32 year old marketing professional working in food and beverages ✌🏻

I’ve lived in flat shares in London for many years, and have met some amazing people through SpareRoom so hoping to fill my room with someone who is equally as lovely.

The flat is super airy with a big cosy sofa in a separate living room, fully stocked kitchen and all the mod cons.

You’re a few streets away from a heap of local bakeries, pubs and independent shops. 10 mins walk to the overground, train and Crystal Palace park.

Your room will be pink, cosy, with a new bed + mattress and built in storage. Plenty of room for activities!

I have a separate desk area which I use on the days I work from home but will be available the rest of the week.

Open to shorter term rentals and can be relatively flexible.
