Double Room in Crystal Palace - £0 Deposit!

We have a double room £755/month ALL bills included becoming available in July in our cosy flat just a 5 minute walk from Crystal Palace overground station!

This is a second floor apartment in a Victorian House. The room is located on the main floor of the apartment, the 2 other bedrooms and second bathroom is located in the loft. This room comes with its own bath/toilet (not en-suite), with a spacious shared kitchen and living area, as well as a terrace.

We are 2 easy going girls 28 and 29, working 9-5 Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis. We’re looking for our new flatmate who is a professional and shares a similar routine to us during the week. Whilst we love our own space and coop up in the comfort of our rooms, we enjoy sharing the living room and watching TV together (a binge session of Gogglebox is a go to). Between us we have interests in yoga, running, skating, meditation, painting, cooking etc.

This is a non smoking house, and not a party house - we enjoy having our friends over and having smaller gatherings, but it is not a 4am afters vibe :)

The room is available to move into from 18th July. The current flatmate is also selling her bed frame, and any other furniture in the room.
