Single Room - Crystal Palace

I have a single box room in Crystal Palace, close to Gipsy Hill train station, which is 25 mins to London Bridge or Victoria. Bus links are good too, to Streatham, Croydon, Brixton, Sydenham, and Central Hill London.

The maisonette has a kitchen diner a bathroom, a lounge, but this generally is used for storage and doubles as a spare bedroom, patio and a spare toilet. It's on a quiet estate close to the centre of Crystal Palace.

The house has a couple of D. I. Y. jobs outstanding so it's a work in progress.

The room's got a divan bed with drawers, floor to ceiling windows, a bedside table, a mirror and shelves.

I am a live-in landlady that's quite busy outside and I have one other lodger. Sometimes my daughter comes to stay and is usually out and about.

My lodger sometimes dogsits one very cute dog.
