Furnished, spacious double room in Crystal Palace

Looking for a flatmate to share a raised ground floor Victorian flat. Available from 7.6.2025.

The furnished room is a large, light and quiet double. The flat is well-kept and clean with a recently renovated bathroom including a walk-in shower. The building is a lovely Victorian conversion with a large communal garden and a community feel.

The flat is situated a 3-minute walk from Crystal Palace station and park on a quiet side street. The station is really well connected with both the overground (Highbury and Islington line) and frequent trains to Victoria and London Bridge. Triangle is a 3-minute walk away and has a large Sainsbury's, as well as a lot of cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs.

You'd be sharing the flat with me, a 45-year-old visual artist, doctoral researcher and university lecturer. My partner (also an academic) who I own the flat with stays over a couple of nights a week.

I'm looking for someone who is independent, reasonably tidy, and appreciates a comfy home.

All bills are included in the rent. There is a one-months deposit to be paid. No full-time working from home and no pets due to allergies.
