Room in sunny 2-bed flat in Crystal Palace

The flat is on the first floor with a big living room, v comfy sofa, kitchen and a bathroom with a great shower.

You’ll be sharing with me! I’m Steph, a 31 y/o freelance graphic designer. I like running, live music and am pretty social and laid back. This flat is a little oasis, and I’m hoping to find someone to join me in treating it like a home. Very much up for flat dinners together and pub trips, although I’m very respectful of others’ space.

The room isn’t huge but there’s a desk in the living room that is available for you to make yours.

My friend is the landlord and is an all-round lovely person, which makes life a lot easier! And if you’re new to Crystal Palace, the area is really lovely, with easy access to lots of green spaces and fantastic charity shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes on the doorstep.

I’m hoping to hold viewings over the next couple of weeks (w/c 22nd and 29th). Looking forward to hearing from you!
