I’m subletting my bright and fully furnished 1-bedroom flat in Crystal Palace - all bills included. It’s ideal for one person looking for a peaceful, comfortable home with lots of natural light and everything you need.
The flat is available from 20th December for a minimum 3-month stay.
Please note: I’m listing it as a room because I’ll need to stay in the living room for about one week every two months, and I’ll be leaving some of my belongings there. When I’m away (which will be most of the time), you’ll have full use of the living room.
I’m ideally looking for a student or young professional, male or female, who is tidy and respectful.
