I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our cosy two-bedroom flat in Crystal Palace, just off the Triangle — amazing location with cafés, pubs, vintage shops and the park just a short walk away.

🛏️ The Room
The room comes furnished by the landlord with an IKEA daybed (can be set up as a single or queen-size), chest of drawers, and two nightstands.
I’m also happy to leave my own furniture — desk, chair, open wardrobe, mirror, and a memory foam mattress topper — for £200 if you’d like a ready-to-move-in setup.

You’ll be sharing with a lovely 26-year-old woman who works in PR — easy-going, and enjoys a relaxed home vibe.

📅 Move-in date: 18 January
📆 Length: 6 months (until end of the current tenancy, with potential to stay on longer if you wish)
💰 Rent: £800/month
💡 Bills: Around £100–£150/month (average)

🚆 Transport
Crystal Palace station is about 8–10 minutes away — great links to London Bridge, Victoria, and Overground connections.
