Double en suite room in lovely garden flat

A spacious large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom is available in a lovely garden flat from the end of January - possibly sooner if needed.

The flat is in a great location on a quiet residential street, just a few minutes’ walk from Crystal Palace Park and the triangle, and around 5 minutes from the train station.

The flat has a private entrance, a large garden, and a generous open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. There are three ensuite bedrooms in total; the smaller one is used as a shared office space, which I use 2–3 days a week when I work from home. There’s also a compact utility room.

You’ll be sharing with me - a 43 year old professional female and my fun-loving golden doodle. She’s high-energy, very affectionate, and a big part of the home, so you’ll need to be a genuine dog lover who’s comfortable with an enthusiastic furry roommate and with me being home most evenings to look after her.

I’m looking for a considerate, easy going female housemate who respects shared spaces and prefers a peaceful home rather than a party house. Visitors are welcome, but parties or regularly bringing lots of people home wouldn’t be the right fit.

I’m friendly and sociable and would love someone who’s open to a chat, shared meal, or glass of wine, but who also has their own life and independence.
