1 Double in queer flat in Crystal Palace/Sydenham

Small-to-medium unfurnished double room available in my flat in Crystal Palace, to live with me (the other tenant). Move in date 13 Feb (or a bit earlier).

Hi! I'm Billie, a 27 year old professional looking for a new housemate to share this space with. Ideally this is someone who wants to nest and make the space their own, decorate the living room and take care of the place with me.

The flat is a 15 min walk from Crystal Palace overground, 15ish from Sydenham, and 15 from Sydenham Hill. We're right in front of Crystal Palace park and lots of other green spaces, so if you love nature this is a great location.

The bedroom is currently unfurnished. My current housemate could fit a large wardrobe, a small desk, lots of shelves and a double bed in the bedroom. The living room will be half-furnished (current housemate taking a few things with them), so there's lots of room for furniture.

Bills including council tax are around £160.

I work from home a couple days a week, am quiet but sociable, happy to have friends over. As I am a queer/trans person, I'm looking for someone with similar politics so we can make this into a space where we both feel safe and supported.
