Room comes fully furnished, with a six door built in wardrobe, shelf, desk, chair, double bed. For single occupancy. Unfortunately I would not be able to accommodate anyone with furniture, apart from a desk.
Kitchen has a washing machine, a large fridge-freezer and food storage space.
Fast cable broadband included.
Looking for a good person who would not have any problem providing references, sociable, educated, responsible, trustworthy, in full time employment. The flat is kept tidy and clean and it would only suit someone who could contribute to keep it like that on their own initiative, someone who is also looking for a quiet, cosy, party-free flat to call it home. Strictly non-smokers/vapers.
