Lovely Ground Floor Flat in Crystal Palace

The two girls I share a flat are going back to Poland at the end of the month so i have 2 double rooms available from 1st May. Lovely ground floor flat in large Victorian built property with large rear garden and small front space. Both rooms are south facing and overlooking front garden with large windows and high ceilings so lots of light. There's extra storage space for each room in the hallway and space to add extra storage if needed. The windows have recently been replaced with double glazing and the building has been insulated so it's warm and the bills are cheap. The smaller of the rooms is £640 a month plus £120 bills. That includes water, gas, electricity, council tax and fast WiFi. The larger room is £670 plus £120 bills. The flat is 5 minutes from Crystal Palace station, 5 minutes to the bus station and 3 minutes to the shops, pubs and restaurants in on the Triangle. It's on a quiet road so peaceful. The flat is technically 2 bedroom but the living room is used as a bedroom so no communal space apart from the kitchen and large garden. I've been here 3 years and and the girls have been here 8 years before me so it's a long term thing for the right person/people. I would like to do a 2 month trial at first to see if we all like each other and then the contract would be for at least 12 months with an option to leave with 2 months notice.
