I'm relocating for the summer before for a work opportunity, and sub-letting my home for 3 months. Available from 30 May to 31 August. I can be a little flexible on the dates.

It's a cosy and homely apartment in a Victorian building, only a short 5-10 minute walk from the famous Crystal Palace triangle with its independent shops, bars and restaurants and Crystal Palace Park. The apartment is a 10 minute walk away from Gipsy Hill Train Station with regular trains that get you into London in only 25 minutes.

The space
A charming living space to relax with dining area, with access to a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom includes bath/shower and modern lighting. The sizeable double bedroom has a very comfortable double bed with plenty of storage options. There's high ceilings throughout the flat.

Guest access
The apartment is on the first floor of the Victorian building and the entire flat will be your home for your stay.
