Lovely big double from 1st May for 6 months only

Lovely bright and very big double room in a first and second floor maisonette. The room has plenty of storage and a king size bed. I am a teacher working part time. Me, my current male lodger and the new lodger I'm looking for (a female this time) will share the large kitchen/living room, while the first floor bathroom will be shared by the 2 lodgers and occasional guests/visitors, while I will use my upstairs ensuit. The room for rent is on the first floor. From the big window there is great view of wood like back gardens. Use of washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and wireless broadband. I'm looking for someone who does not work from home but goes out to work and is clean, tidy, vegetarian (peschetarian is fine) or very light meat eater (NO red meat) and with occasional visiting friend/s (not all the time).
