Large double room for rent in lovely, light Victorian garden flat - very high ceilings. Sharing with property owner - classical musician. 1 Large living room. Communal garden, with own, private section accessed by French windows. Pets very welcome. (I don't have any..) There is broadband but no television at the minute… sorry. Fully fitted kitchen ( gas stove, electric oven). Bath and shower. Right next to Crystal Palace park and all the amenities of the triangle.

I sometimes work from home and sometimes need to practise (with in social hours!), so not ideal if you need 10/10 quiet all the time.

15mins from Sydenham or Crystal Palace Station for over ground/rail. N3 night bus. London Bridge and Victoria 16 mins away on train. Canary Wharf 24 mins.

Gatwick airport is 30 mins away by cab which costs £38 one way.
