Hi, I have a double room to rent in my two bedroom flat.

The room is a good size, measuring 2.6m x 3.7m.
Its furnished with a double bed, with a wardrobe and side table.
It's set back from the road, so is quiet. Plus it catches the sun in the morning :)

The flat has a good sized balcony and can be used at any time.

I'm located 10 minutes walk from Crystal Palace triangle where all the shops, bars and restaurants are.

Its also a 10 minute walk to Crystal Palace Station, with frequent trains to Victoria, London Bridge stations and the Overground to Highbury & Islington.

About me; I'm 40+ professional working in the city - I'm usually out most evenings and at the weekend. I like to keep fit, but when i am at home, I like to kick back with the odd glass of wine and I love to bake when i get the time!

I'd be a live-in landlord, so i'm looking for an easy going, 30+ professional female to rent this room.

The room is available from 1st November 2021.
