Double room, 1 min from Crystal Palace Station

Hi,

I have a double room in my 3 bed maisonette available.

Your roommates will be Matt, Graham and my dog Elsie.

Ive known Graham since school we have the same friendship groups but also do our own thing, but more than happy to go for a drink after work or weekend together. We are both really active and are usually doing some form of exercise. I work in the health sector and Graham finance.

Im looking for a housemate to be part of a home, not just a room. I have done a lot of work on the house, and have a nice big new kitchen, new bathroom and have a great garden for socialising - pretty much the whole house was painted 12 months ago.

I have a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed, mirrors and a side cupboard in the room and there is still quite a bit of space. Im not sure the pictures do it justice.

We're 1 min away from the park the station and cool bars in Palace.

All utilities are included at £525.00 per month, the only additional cost is a cleaner at £10 per month.

I also have SKY sports, film, Internet etc

Ideally i would prefer a girl of a similar age and interests to add a bit balance to the house. You must be a dog lover!
