Charming double room in friendly flat

Located EXTREMELY close to Gipsy Hill station and 10 mins walk to Crystal Palace Triangle on a quiet & importantly safe road. The bathroom and kitchen are all shared with one other person, me.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
The room was re-decorated just prior to my last tenant and had new carpet so it is very clean and fresh. And I will have the carpet cleaned prior to the next person moving in.

I am a professional working from home 3 times a week( Tues/Thur/Fri) and in the office part time.. During the working day I use the lounge as my office.
I also travel a lot with work at certain times of the year.
Pretty easy going person and would like the same.

The room has a double bed, x2 shelves, a single wardrobe, with cupboard above, large chest of drawers, a desk and a chair. There is no additional storage or bike storage either in or outside the flat.

By the way if you do not have a profile on the site please tell me a bit about yourself and even if you do have a profile it's always nice to have a bit more detail.

Viewing in person is recommended and preferred - but I am happy to do an online viewing first.
This would suit an independent person who likes a comfortable, quiet, clean and safe home.
