Located EXTREMELY close to Gipsy Hill station and 10 mins walk to Crystal Palace Triangle on a quiet & importantly safe road

The bathroom and kitchen & lounge are all shared with one other person, me.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
The room is very clean and fresh.

I am a professional working from home 3 times a week( Tues/Thur/Fri) and in the office part time.. During the working day I use the lounge as my office.
I also travel a lot with work, and am often away at weekends.
Pretty easy going person and would like the same.
The room has been empty since May as I was decorating and away.

The room has a double bed, x2 shelves, a single wardrobe, with cupboard above, large chest of drawers, a desk and a chair.

There is no additional storage or bike storage either in or outside the flat. There is a local council run bike store ( charges apply).

Single occupancy only.

If you do not have a profile on the site please tell me a bit about yourself and even if you do have a profile it's always nice to have a bit more detail.

Viewing in person is recommended and preferred - but I am happy to do an online viewing first.

Sunday 14th December - 5 pm onwards
Monday 15th December- 5.30 pm / 7 pm.
Thursday 18th December- 4.30pm / 6pm
