Five minutes walk to Crystal Palace train station with 20 min trains direct to Victoria and London Bridge as well as the Overground Line.
The beautiful Crystal Palace Park is right next to the station with a huge Better Health Centre, and the Crystal Palace Triangle is 5/10 minutes walk with a huge Sainsburys, lots of pubs, bars, restaurants, and shops.
Looking for a friendly new housemate who is happy to share a glass of wine over dinner but also happy in their own space.
